The role
You will be a proactive Recruitment Consultant that will be specialising in temporary placements within Office Support roles. You will be a confident networker and take ownership of a selection of existing clients predominantly in the business support, sales, accounting and finance verticals.
On a Day To Day Basis You Will:
- Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
- Manage a database of candidates actively seeking Permanent careers in Business Support professions
- Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
- Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
- Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
- Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Develop sound account management practices to ensure majority share in your key clients
- Invest the time to truly understand our customers so that we can be the best at delivering great value
