About the Role:
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in identifying current and future hiring needs together with the below duties and responsibilities:
- Advertising vacant positions
- Screening candidates and assisting in the shortlisting process
- Phone screening candidates
- Reference checking
- Organising pre-employment medicals and police checks for candidates
- Assisting with assessment centres for apprentices and cadets
- Assisting with face to face interviews as needed
- Assist hiring managers with the full-cycle recruitment process
- Database maintenance and administrative tasks
About you:
- Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment contributing to a busy Recruitment team
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Excellent knowledge of ATS, sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing tools
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
