The Company:

The Role:

We are looking for experienced candidates with strong financial acumen in driving and developing business opportunities playing a crucial role in the success of asset and portfolio management. Responsible for end to end deal origination across commercial real estate as well as strong feasibility studies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing end to end deal origination in growing the real estate portfolio
• Responsible for the overall positioning of the portfolio including financial, investment and operational goals 
• Formulate and execution of portfolio strategies and plans including marketing and income optimisation
• Financial performance including annual budgets and reports both within investments and divestments
• Stay abreast of market intelligence/industry research to remain competitive 

Skills & Experience:

• 10-15 years of Asset management/Investment within the Real Estate or property industry 
• Bachelor degree in Property/Real estate, Engineering, Finance or Business related discipline
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in financial modelling and excel
• Strong leadership skills along with commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace environment
• Overseas travel is required
