• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
