About the roleOur
Recruitment Consultant plays a key role in attracting top talent to UNE and helping candidates find their perfect fit within our diverse community. The position supports the facilitation of UNE's staff recruitment processes through the provision of position classification, labour market insights, strategic sourcing strategies, exceptional candidate care and employee onboarding. The position is also involved in a UNE career progression process through the coordination of the Academic Staff Promotion process.
