The Opportunity:
Working alongside the Sydney team your position with Expect A Star will contribute to the overall success of the company, as we work together towards a common goal of providing a premium service to clients and candidates alike.
As a permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
• Recruitment of Early Childhood educators in permanent opportunities in Sydney.
• Advertising of roles on job boards, social media and network.
• Pre-screening, interviewing and assessment of candidates.
• Business development to obtain new opportunities.
• Communicating and liaising with clients on a regular basis to ensure that a vacant position within their centre is filled promptly.
• Candidate relationship management.
To be considered you must have:
Experience recruiting within childcare, healthcare or white-collar positions will be highly regarded, though if you are an experienced consultant looking to move into this space, we have significant training and support to assist you.
It is also beneficial for you to have:
• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables.
• Developed candidate management and interview skills.
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability.
• Positive and energetic approach to your working day.
• Resilience and confidence, driven by success.
• Previous experience as a leader and the ability to grow a team.
