With over 50 years of experience, we have a vast knowledge of providing casual, temporary, and permanent staff to Australian businesses. Working from our Marion Branch you will be working closely with our experienced team of Recruitment Consultants and Allocators whilst being part of something bigger.
The Role:
With the growth of our office, we are seeking an Allocator to join our team. This role is right for someone who likes to be closely involved with their work, help keep the wheels turning smoothly, and have no two days quite the same. This hands-on role is perfectly suited to someone who likes variety in their job and strives for quality.
To be successful in this role you must have/be:
• Fantastic customer service over phone, email and in person
• High attention to detail
• Outstanding time management skills
• Eager to work with a highly motivated team in a fast-paced environment
• Allocating experience is advantageous, however, an ability to learn new skills quickly is very important
• A team player that knows how to get the best out of people
• Confident with administration tasks and data entry including, using Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Able to start immediately (preferred), training provided
• A person who cares about others. You like to leave things better than you found them and you find satisfaction in knowing you're having a positive impact on people and the community
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays between 0500-1330 every week and flexibility to pick up overtime on public holidays when needed
