Responsibilities:
- Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the full 360 degree recruitment process, from sourcing clients and roles to placing candidates, managing the offer process and onboarding.
- Superior experience in calculating employee rates based on relevant Award and legislation
- Search to identify and attract suitable candidates using a variety of sources from our in-house database, social media and advertising on job boards
- Build long-lasting client relationships with a variety of companies and industries
- Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions
- Stay up to date with changes in the labour market, HSEQ and industry in general
- Self driven, vibrant, passionate about recruitment and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to negotiate
- An ability to build and nurture both client and candidate relationships
- An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
- A valid drivers license
