About the Role
This is an up-to full-time Recruitment Consultant role with Australian Medical Placements. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, and managing communications for locum doctor placements. This is a hybrid role, based in Adelaide, SA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Role Requirements

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Persuasive and confident speaking skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales desirable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry (helpful but not necessary!)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
