- Look after our beautiful clients! Build, maintain, and leverage meaningful relationships
- Take thorough and in-depth job briefs
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews, face-to-face and virtual
- Match candidates to roles
- Actively reach out to candidates in building pipelines
- Write appealing adverts for a variety of roles to attract suitable candidates
- Provide consistent follow- up and care to our candidates
- Provide market advice to clients and candidates
- Independently run your own desk whilst maintaining strong team relationships
- Ensure the integrity of all company data
