About the Role

Join our team as a Waste Cleaning Officer, responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the public domain. This role involves litter picking, bin cleaning, dumped rubbish collection, amenities cleaning, and BBQ cleaning. The position requires walking long distances, so physical fitness is essential.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform litter picking and bin cleaning.
• Collect dumped rubbish and clean amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public BBQ areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and the public.
• Follow written instructions accurately.
• Uphold WHS & EEO principles.
• Apply labouring techniques effectively.

About You

• Physically fit for walking long distances.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Strong team player.
• White Card.
• Class C driving licence.
• Traffic Control ticket (desirable).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in various environments.
