About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a highly successful Finance team in Brisbane. In this role, you will have the chance to build and develop new and existing relationships with clients within the Accountancy & Finance market, with great opportunities for growth. Focusing on full end to end recruitment, including business development, you will be required to provide clients with specialist recruitment solutions by building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new and existing clients, understand their recruitment needs, and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client specifications and are the right fit for the role.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand our client base through networking and relationship-building.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accounting & Finance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
