Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant Position:

- Working on a small warm desk, you will be the first point of contact across our clients within manufacturing, warehousing, transport & logistics industries
- Support recruitment resources with the end-to-end recruitment processes including Screening, Shortlisting and Interviewing candidates from a variety of advertising platforms, as well as any other administrative duties
- Have a great understanding of job roles and the confidence in job matching suitable candidates with current open roles
- Juggling day-to-day duties with an ability to adapt and action clients' requirements
- Liaising with clients and candidates face-to-face, site visits and emails.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with new and current clientele and conduct regular site visits to help support this
- Maintain KPI requirements and ensure you are meeting your individual weekly targets
- Maintaining a high level of compliance standards across the board
- Ensure accurate data management in our system
- Identifying new opportunities and strategies to ensure growth across our client base.
- Must have 2+ years' experience within the Recruitment Industry, internal or agency experience will be highly regarded
- Have blue-collar experience, working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Excellent work ethic, results driven and motivated to grow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives working autonomously as well as in a team environment and achieving goals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Analytic problem-solving skills & ability to take initiative
- Previous Recruitment Consultant/account management experience
- Ability to learn, adapt and be accountable
- Must have a current Driver’s License and own vehicle, as this role will require you to attend regular site visits to conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and client meetings
