We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Blue Collar recruitment team in Rockingham.
The Role:
In your new role as a Recruitment Consultant at FlexiStaff you will be providing recruitment solutions to meet clients' needs. A large part of this role is relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of new and existing clients. It is a fast paced and hands on role in a friendly and energetic team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Developing a good understanding of clients and their recruitment needs
- Coordinating end to end recruitment activities
- Providing timely and outstanding service both to clients and candidates
- Effective database management
- Accurate data entry
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Blue Collar recruitment, specifically in a labour hire environment
- Knowledge of trades and labour, mining and construction industries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage
