Senior Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar

The Opportunity: 

Techforce are seeking an experienced Blue CollarRecruitment Consultant to join our Trades & Labour team, recruiting within the mining sector specifically within processing. This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients. 

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be:

• sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised Blue Collar area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

To be considered you must have:

Experience within recruitment as a 180 or 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:

• Experience and proven history working to and exceeding targets/billings and deliverables
• Previous background in a fast paced salves environment
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability
• Positive and energetic approach to your working day
• Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
