This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be: sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised Blue Collar area. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
