What you’ll do each day:
- Connect with local employers to understand their needs and provide them options of candidates
- Use your previous employers or networks to find opportunities for new vacancies
- Focus on can-do jobs for job seekers and help them build confidence to support themselves
- Create and manage a portfolio of employer vacancies
- Foster lasting relationships with employers that lead to repeat business
