Due to growth, DSC Personnel is looking for a Recruitment Consultant - Labour Hire to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to pursue an awarding career in recruitment and Labour Hire. The role is a true 360 role where you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and GM managing the end-to-end recruitment process and client account management as well as having a direct role in new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships
- Meeting sales targets and KPI’s
- Up-selling and monitor client satisfaction with service
- Understand the client’s business needs, company culture, processes and WHS standards and requirements
- Interview, reference, place candidates
- Maintain client and employee database
- Servicing client orders and requests
Selection Criteria:
- Proven success in previous sales based roles: any previous phone-based, B2B, outbound sales, account management and client facing roles are all really transferrable to recruitment.
- Some experience in the recruitment and/or Labour Hire sector would be an advantage.
- An understanding of either warehousing, manufacturing or construction would also be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong phone manor
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer literacy
