We are seeking an established Recruiter with a min of 2 years experience in a technical/ shutdown space, who will work closely with KingKira’s Hiring Leads as well as clients. Stepping into a warm desk you will be able to multitask looking after accounts and fill roles.
The role:
- End to end recruitment
- Creating pools of candidates for shut downs or up and coming projects
- Building relationships and providing constant feedback to clients, Hiring Leads and candidates
- Creatively advertising vacant roles
- Onboarding and ensuring candidates are ready for site and shuts
- Assist with candidate and clients with queries
What you will need to succeed:
- Min of 2 years solid recruitment experience in blue and white collar with experience in the shutdown space
- Excellent relationship building
- Can work in a fast paced environment and be a forward thinker
- Highly motivated and a desire to achieve
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
