- Full-time appointment on a permanent/ongoing basis.
- Salary range: $112,012 - $124,281 increasing 1 July '24 to $117,613 - $130,495 (inclusive of superannuation).
- Collaborate with management to develop and maintain injury prevention and management systems.
- Develop, review, and promote health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Provide professional advice and training on manual handling, mental health, workplace wellbeing, and ergonomics.
- Conduct investigations and follow-ups on reported hazards, incidents, and injuries.
- Manage Workers' Compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work programs.
- Provide case management services for employees with physical or psychological conditions.
- Contribute to relevant projects and undertake other duties as directed.
