To continue our momentum, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to fill the seat of one of our team members going on Maternity leave.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruiter to join our Temp Team. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling educators across our large portfolio of clients, maintaining all existing and new client accounts. You will also be responsible for recruiting top talent to join our temp pool. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, appetite for growth, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduler Duties:
- Oversee the scheduling of educators for our extensive client portfolio.
- Coordinate daily operations and manage appointments.
- Handle document control ensuring each selected applicant meets high vetting standards.
- Liaise with clients daily.
- Maintain accuracy of company and client portals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of Murdock Recruitment.
Recruiter Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling and/or recruiting roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Previous sales experienced desirable.
