The Role
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Partner, ensuring effective running of matters through proactive administration and secretarial tasks. The group advises a diverse range of clients with whom you will have regular contact. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Phone & email queries, liaising with clients and arranging meetings
- Drafting correspondence and documentation preparation, editing and formatting
- Diary management
- Dictation
- Communicating with employees and clients of all levels
- General secretarial support
- Billing
You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail
- Strong technical skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
