Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with top-tier candidates for various roles within the education sector. Use your sales skills to attract and match candidates with exciting opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements
- 2 years of Commercial Recruitment experience in the Early Childhood Industry in Australia for the manager role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and try/develop new approaches
- Motivated and results-driven with a hunger for earning commissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun work environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: OTE 200k+
