About the role
Grafton Base Hospital & Maclean District Hospitals are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Tissue Viability to provide an advanced level wound assessment and management service as an expert in the specialty field. You'll facilitate linkages and relationships with network hospitals (and affiliated services), nurses and medical officers (in the acute and community settings) to support the management of patients with acute, chronic and complex wounds.
