Here at Oak Recruitment & Consulting, we pride ourselves on being the best of the best. You will join our existing Real Estate & Property team of 8 consultants, expanding to 10 due to high demand for our services.
Due to growth we are seeking a full time, Monday - Friday Recruitment Consultant to take over one of our top performing Director's recruitment desks. (They are transition into another sector of recruitment to try something new after years operating in this space)
This role is recruiting roles in our strata & property desk.
You will be given a handover to manage this HOT $600K+ billings desk, and be expected to take home ~35% of this in your first year! 180-240K for hitting & ideally exceeding your targets.
You will be ethically, efficiently and proactively recruiting and consulting in the Property & Corporate Industries, with the latest recruitment tech and tools of the trade!
JOB DUTIES:
- Work Monday to Friday 8-4:00pm (after hours / WFH at your & our discretion)
- Chase up and perform recruitment duties, end to end plus help from our full time candidate finder.
- Make 20 calls/day, 3 zoom/face to face interviews/day, 4 client meetings/month
- HOT clients, fees signed and hot jobs and leads to chase, recruiting for Australia's top Strata Management, Property Management & Real Estate Companies
- Interview candidates, form and re-establish relationships, work with warm and hot relationships and place candidates in permanent full time jobs.
Using JobAdder, LinkedIn, o365, you will have a new Laptop, Business Phone, A grade commercial office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line facilities.
If you are an existing Real EstateRecruitment Consultant, we will pay you extra $$.
If you have worked in Real Estate / Property industry, this will help.

Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $60-$120K + Commissions as approx 30% up to 45% of billings inc Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property & Recruitment Experience (essential)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
- Clean car and drivers licence (ideally, not essential)
