Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Earning Potential

About The Role

We now have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us at Gatehouse.

We are looking to appoint a new team member who is a high performer driven to succeed and grow, and wanting more from their career.

We will train a person who has everything we want, and shares our core values, through our high performance training and development programs and teach them about the legal profession and recruitment.

You will work alongside other high performing Recruitment Consultants in Victoria's leading recruitment firm, who are highly experienced business professionals, who will be your team mates and you will have a dedicated coach assigned to you.

We will help you to take your professional growth and development as a person and business professional to the next level.

• Excellent salary package plus commissions with Uncapped Earning Potential (Earn over $100k if you’re good, and over $200k if you’re great, but your Earning Potential is uncapped with us);
