Your role:

This is 360 recruitment position where you will be given clients to work with, while also generating some of your own workflow.

• End-to-end recruitment
• Maintaining up to date database using Fasttrack 360 software
• Drafting, editing, and posting advertisements on both internal/external sites.
• Liaise with hiring managers and provide well-informed market insight.

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

• Developed candidate management and interview skills.
• History of lead generation and outcomes.
• Strong time management.
