The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier professionals in white collar roles across a range of industries. You will work closely with clients and candidates alike, utilising your expertise to understand their needs and aspirations, and matching them with the perfect opportunities and talent respectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- Source, screen and interview candidates to identify top talent in the white-collar sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and talent movements to provide strategic insights and advice to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional recruitment experience
- The ability to network with industry partners and professionals
- Bachelor's degree desirable or equivalent experience in industry
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the white-collar sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates
- Excellent time management, organisation and an eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a target driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
