Your new company
Our client is a local government organisation based in the southern Suburbs of Brisbane. Due to a busy period o recruitment, they are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Your new role
Your key responsibility will predominantly be to provide recruitment support, which will include:
- Arranging reference checking and booking medicals
- Assisting with onboarding and coordinating inductions
- Uploading details to an online recruitment management system
- Assisting with the overall end to end recruitment process
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated administration experience within a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional communication skills, possess a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to liaise with other employees on a multitude of different levels. Furthermore, experience working with a HR management system is preferred.
