STEMgineers run educational after school and holiday clubs for primary school children. We operate in the UK and Australia and employ casual presenters from a wide variety of backgrounds. We currently require a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the recruitment of our presenters across Australia. Working from home you will be an experienced recruiter and have a passion for education. The role is part time, however, could be available as full time for the right candidate.
Recruitment Coordinator

Responsible for:
- Recruiting presenters to deliver afterschool clubs
- Posting vacancies online (Indeed, Facebook, Linkedin etc)
- Answering recruitment enquires via telephone and email
- Telephone/Video interviews
- Reference checks
- Assigning presenters to clubs
- Keeping documentation up to date (e.g. WWCC checks)
- Sending and reviewing contracts
- Tracking missed sessions and reassignments
- Presenter payroll
- Database input
- Direct contact for presenters
- Reviewing presenter feedback
- Ensuring presenters complete training materials
- Coordinating recruitment requirements with Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Requires:
- Experience in recruitment
- Confident using Microsoft Office – Excel & Word
- Ability to prioritise jobs
- Manage high email turn over
- Confident telephone manner
- Good teamwork & communication
Would be beneficial:
- Experience within the Education sector
- Experience managing short term contracts
- Ability to us databases – Input & retrieving data
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $56,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
