About the role:
Permanent Full Time job opportunity, based in Burwood
Identifying, attracting & matching talented individuals to fulfilling job opportunities
Creating & advertising job vacancies
Providing support to General Managers in relation to recruitment processes
Liaising with local & national Business Partners
Building strong pipeline of candidates
Guiding applicants throughout the recruitment processes
Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Providing training & guidance to broader teams
Managing visa sponsorships
Assisting General Managers with pre-employment checks
Sourcing candidates for a variety of aged care based role
Working on strategy project such as Graduate Nurse Programs, Assessment Centers, Acquisitions and more.
Working on Traineeship & SBATs programs
Working alongside marketing team on digital campaigns

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, helping us identify, attract and match talented individuals to fulfilling job opportunities. This is a permanent full time opportunity.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and desire to make a difference
Hardworking and a "can do" attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative and being proactive
Attention to detail and good administrative skills
Ability to work on a high paced environment, managing multiple tasks at hand
