We're looking for someone to manage our industrial business customers and to strategically manage the processing and reuse of biosolids.We have an ongoing full-time position for an Industrial Customer Coordinator, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $96,568.26 to $107,722.71 p.a. plus superannuation.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingOn a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Ensure all existing Industrial Customers have current Trade Waste Agreement.
- Ensure all new industrial and tankered waste customers have been assessed by internal stakeholders to identify the appropriate disposal route and fees before acceptance into Wannon Waters systems.
- Ensure all data required in customer agreements and for regulatory purposes is accurately measured, stored and verified for invoicing and compliance with Wannon Water's Trade Waste Agreements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the operation of the Brine Receival Facility (BRF).
- Build strong relationships with Industrial Customers, septage and BRF users, and biosolids re-use customers.
- Strategically manage our biosolids contractors to meet regulatory obligations regarding the delivery of sludge from treatment plants to biosolids facilities, short and long-term storage, drying and testing, and spreading on re-use farms.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate scientific or engineering discipline or significant experience within a relevant field.
- Sound skills and knowledge in project delivery processes/project management.
- Analytical and investigative skills are required to enable the formulation and review of options.
- Proficiency in the ability to monitor, analyse and report on detailed water/wastewater quality inputs and impacts.
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
