HR/Recruitment Coordinator - 5 week temporary assignment - Based North Gold Coast / Outer Brisbane Southside

This national organisation has grown from its beginnings as a group of smaller companies, and provides a range of services to its clients in the industrial and mining sectors. They are currently supporting a range of projects and, as such, need to bring in a temporary resource to support them when their existing HR and Recruitment coordinator goes on some overseas leave.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with all aspects of HR and recruitment coordination. This will include advertising roles, screening candidates, onboarding, updating their HR system and records, liaising with internal stakeholders, responding to general HR queries and general HR administration.
What you'll need to succeed
As this is a short-term assignment, you will need to be available to start on short notice, and you will need previous experience in recruitment coordination / HR administration so that you can hit the ground running. You will be organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a busy environment and prioritise. As this is a temporary role, candidates on working holiday visas are welcome to apply, but given the companies' location on the outer south side of Brisbane, you will need your own transportation to get there or to live locally.
