The Role
We are currently seeking a recruitment Consultant/Coordinator to work with us within our Gold Coast Office. Live by the beach, hit no traffic travelling to work and park right outside the office. Very accessible and an easy commute.
All training will be provided, to ensure you have the skills to attract and identify specific talent and place into available positions that we have on offer.
You daily tasks will consist of the following:
- Sourcing new candidates through high volume calls, marketing campaigns and existing database leads, to place into our exclusive clients
- Conduct phone interviews with suitable candidates, then maintain professional/ongoing relationships to ensure they become career locums with us
- Collect references and qualifications to ensure work suitability
- Complete set admin tasks to ensure they are placement ready
- Work on marketing campaigns to attract talent
This is a fast paced, demanding environment where you will be working with set KPI's, to hit monthly targets within the business. You will be always working to gain the best talent and match against open roles.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent customer service skills – Speaking to customers via phone and through email/messaging
- Working to achieve set KPI’s and targets
- Strong time management and a flexible approach to prioritize workload
- Ability to work under pressure and be resilient to completing all set projects
- Willingness to take your career to next stage. Start as a resourcer, with the intention to progress into consultant’s role

This position will enable you to be mentored by the Leadership Team and given all the tools to set yourself up as a successful recruiter, within our medical space. Progression will then enable you to earn uncapped commission and run your desk, as if it is your own business.
