Administration Coordinator

  • Seeking an administration champion
  • Part time role approx. 22.8 hrs per week - adaptable to hours that work for you and us!
  • Office/WFH hybrid role

About the position 

We are seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our team on a Part Time basis.  While you will be joining the People and Culture team, you don’t need to have People and Culture experience!  You do however need to be someone that loves attention to detail, works best in a fast-paced environment, and is awesome at administration and customer service.

Duties

Supporting the People and Culture team, you will:

  • Monitor and action enquiries received through our shared inbox
  • Assist with contract creation and management
  • Assist managers in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
  • Support recruitment processes
  • Other: maintain organisational chart, generate reports, collaborate on projects etc.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

  • Proven administration experience supporting a team in end to end processes
  • A customer service ethos, our practices are why we exist
  • Can independently prioritise work and meet agreed service deadlines
  • A keen attention to detail 
  • Accustomed to administering confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems and processes readily
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

This role is based in our Support Office located in Brisbane (Hamilton). We encourage and adopt a hybrid working model. For this part time position, we are open to discussing a roster pattern that works for you and the business.
