Key Responsibilities:

• Empower and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team in an environment of respect and support
• Collaborate with the team to leverage recruitment systems and data to optimise sourcing strategies transparently
• Drive operational and strategic recruitment initiatives across all centres, promoting inclusivity
• Manage supplier relationships and provide expert advisory through open communication and collaboration
• Oversee brokering, advertising, and screening processes in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication across centres

• Proven track record in leading, empowering, and developing recruitment teams through collaboration
• Exceptional service delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using data to inform optimal sourcing decisions
• Knowledge of operational recruitment processes
