Due to ongoing expansions throughout Western Australia, we are looking for an Recruitment Officer to join our HR Team. Whilst our head office is in Kalgoorlie, you will be based at our Subiaco Office. This role will be responsible for providing support to our end-to-end recruitment process across the business with a focus on future growth and developing a talent pool to support our Operations Division.
The role
We are seeking an efficient, people focused individual looking to get their start in recruitment to support our HR team from our Perth Office.
The day to day
- Assist with job advertisement management across our platforms
- Take care of all administration duties, from identification to reference checks
- Be able to manage the following recruitment functions - shortlisting, phone screening, reference checking, interviews, booking, saving and renaming and drawing up employment contracts
- Update rosters and personnel records in collaboration with the HR team and Operations Team
- Review employee qualifications and ensure compliance with pre-mobilisation requirements
About you
- Be a self-starter with strong communication skills
- Be able to obtain and maintain a current national police clearance
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Have strong computer skills in MS Office suite and safety programs
