Founded in late 2020, we’re a Melbourne-based, highly specialised Cyber Security recruitment agency. Since founding the business, we’ve grown a small team and a large client-base, having worked with over 40 different companies ranging from innovative startups, to top 100 ASX listed companies and all the way through to the Australian government.
As part of the next step in our journey, we’re looking to bring in an experienced Resourcer to our team to help us in our mission to build Australia's most trusted Cyber Security recruitment agency. This is a pivotal role as you would be working directly with our founder and some of our longest-standing clients. This could be either a career Resourcer position, or a pathway to a Recruitment Consultant position once key milestones have been achieved.

YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:
- Work closely with our Founder who has a strong network in the local Cyber Security market and help solidify our position as a market leader
- Build and develop candidate relationships
- Identify, vet and recruit Security professionals for our clients a.k.a ‘source’
- Differentiate yourself from other Recruiters in the market by producing thought leadership content and helping organise InfoSec community initiatives
- Maintain regular contact with top candidates
- Support contractor workforce with timesheet administration and onboarding
- Ensure the company CRM is kept up-to-date and data integrity is exceptional

- You have some experience in Technology recruitment, whether that’s Cyber Security or any other domain in IT
- Understand the importance of maintaining relationships with candidates, even after placement
- Ethics and integrity are just as important to you as earning commission
- You’re a natural relationship builder
- You've got a solid work ethic. We are building a high performance work culture whereby we aim to get as much done as we can in the time we're here and do not work overtime
- A sense of humour. We spend the best part of our weekdays working - we should have some fun doing it!
