We recruit and place top sales talent while offering clients an opportunity to future-proof their sales force. Currently, we are seeking a goal-focused Recruitment Resource who is prepared to work independently as well as part of a team.
As a Recruitment Resource, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to candidates via phone call daily to establish role suitability and what they are looking for in their next position. You will also further support the Recruitment Delivery Team by sourcing candidates from our online databases and platforms.
Working with the David Rose Group means working alongside some of the largest industry leaders. You'll have the opportunity to participate in innovative candidate attraction campaigns and be part of a thriving recruitment division.
Continuously develop your skills through regular top-of-the-range training while earning "real" money with the potential for commission for every role you support place.
- You will be responsible for reaching out to candidates by phone and email daily establishing what they are looking for in their next role, whilst sharing with them vacancies we currently have live.
- Make high volumes of calls (around 150 per day) to source and screen potential candidates.
- Headhunt the best sales talent using tools like LinkedIn, Job boards, and our internal database.
- Develop relationships with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Support Recruitment Consultants with their needs to create a strong network of candidates.
- This can either be a temporary summer role, or suitable for those looking to forge a career in recruitment.
You Will Need To Have/Be:
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Driven to achieve goals and exceed targets.
- Great team player, willing to provide support and contribute to team success.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
