We're currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist for an immediate start. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for permanent employment, offering a unique opportunity to significantly impact our talent acquisition strategy.
The Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Work alongside other recruitment and operational team members to deliver a “right people at the right time” talent acquisition function.
- Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs, conduct screening & interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for various roles, focusing particularly on high-volume and blue-collar recruitment.
- Be responsible for administrative aspects of onboarding, including the creation of offer letters and employment agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and certification requirements, particularly in the security industry or similar regulated environments.
- Play a vital role in policy, procedure, and compliance adherence, and be a key influencer in maintaining our high standards.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to the security industry or similar regulated environments.
- Exceptional ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work alongside various departments.
- A commitment to quality and outstanding client service.
- Willing to undergo National Police check.
