About the Role
Are you a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist ready to make a real impact? Tennis for Kids is looking for you! We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to lead their coach recruitment efforts as they continue to grow with over 2,000 students and more on waitlists waiting for coaches! You'll be targeting high school and higher education students, nurturing relationships and building a robust network of talented and passionate coaches. - Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract high calibre candidates to coaching roles.
- Develop and market an attractive and engaging employee value proposition and employer brand for Tennis for Kids to support its talent acquisition and business growth strategy.
- Create captivating job postings and advertisements tailored to attract ideal candidates through social media, job boards, and educational institutions using tools like Canva.
- Utilise various sourcing methods including social media, job fairs, campus recruitment events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and TAFEs, fostering long-term partnerships to create a pipeline of suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they align with Tennis for Kids’ values and coaching standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and the Head of Coach Development to understand specific requirements and match candidates accordingly, and to onboard new coaches.
- Proven experience in external recruitment, with a strong sales and relationship building focus.
- Expertise in building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions; existing networks with schools and universities is preferred.
- Passion for sports, particularly tennis, and a commitment to promoting youth development through coaching; preferably with knowledge of the local tennis community.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Queensland Working with Children Blue Card and Drivers Licence.
- Experience designing engaging job ads and marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools.
- Competitive salary package of up to $100,000 plus super (full-time equivalent), along with performance-based bonuses up to $30,000 based on the successful recruitment of coaches.
- Flexibility to work from home, and 2-3 days per week with the option to work during school hours.
