We are currently seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our TPA RPO Outsourcing team, working onsite for an innovative Energy and Solar provider (blue collar/white collar mix), and a leading Funds management consultancy (white collar focus).
- Hybrid model: Mix of 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh as per business requirements.
- Drive impactful recruitment strategies: Partner with business leaders to understand their unique workforce needs and create tailored recruitment solutions across white collar and blue-collar hiring needs.
- Showcase your talent sourcing, attraction and engagement skills: Utilise your expertise and creativity to uncover top talent in a competitive market using a wide range of tools.
- Build meaningful relationships: Foster strong connections with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and ensuring brand building and a best in market candidate experience.

Your passion is recruitment and being able to meet the needs of your client:
- An experienced recruiter: You have a background in successfully handling a broad variety of recruitment needs, ideally in the white collar and / or blue collar environment, using a number of sourcing tools.
- A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills: You excel at building relationships with hiring managers onsite and face to face, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process to deliver great service to everyone you are involved with.
- Process and Procedure expert: With both our new clients, we need someone who loves developing process and procedural documents, new ways of working and establishing a tight recruitment process that works for all and drives efficiency.
- Resilient, efficient, process-oriented, with excellent organisational skills: You are highly organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm in challenging situations. You will also have a broad role of not only being the client / onsite go to, but also working closely with the RPO team to look at better ways of working and developing our onsite solutions.
