We are a specialist recruitment agency focused on skilled and semi-skilled blue collar recruitment, predominately in trades. Established in November 2015, RPR Trades has enjoyed tremendous growth, which has seen us expand into Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast, this is in addition to the founding Branch and Corporate Office in Brisbane.

- Passion to forge a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc.
- Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market.
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box.
- Ability and drive to assist with account management from time to time.
- Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport to provide on-site presence when required
