We have a unique new Regional opportunity within our Property Team, for a Regional Asset Manager to be responsible for the delivery of all Asset Management for all sites within Residential Care.
Reporting to the Head of Property, this position will be a key part of the RC property leadership team and have influence over financial reporting and accountability of up to 4 direct reports and up to 25 indirect reports which include Maintenance staff.
You will partner with the RC management teams to provide technical guidance on all maintenance, capital works and handy person programs.
The position will mainly be site based within residential care however will include 1-2 days per week at Norwest Support Centre.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Leadership and support of the maintenance teams providing opportunities for training and development
- Manage the expenses and budgets across all asset maintenance and capital works programs
- Develop and deliver an asset strategy for all maintenance works
- Assess asset performance in line with KPI and SLA structure
- Ensure high quality work is completed according to strategic objectives
- Have trade or project management qualifications & experience or relevant university degree with commensurate practical experience
- 10+ years' experience within Aged care /Facilities industry
- Proven high level of data analysis and reporting
- Experience in leading and developing a high performing team
