Your mission? To orchestrate, empower, and cultivate a team of top-tier talent dedicated to delivering exceptional Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services. This means overseeing a Regional Manager and two Senior Coordinators as your direct reports.
Your realm of influence? The captivating landscapes of the Sunshine Coast and pockets of North Brisbane. As the Regional Director, you'll also wear the hat of Subject Matter Expert in Compliance. Balancing this full-time role entails four days dedicated to Regional Director duties and one day devoted to Compliance SME responsibilities.
About the Role
Under the guidance of the State General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the companies vision for a diverse portfolio of services. As a visionary leader, you'll guide your team to uphold compliance standards and deliver service excellence, all while nurturing growth and retention of service contracts.
Your responsibilities extend to cultivating robust relationships across various spheres:
- Nurturing key accounts with a hands-on approach
- Mentoring and managing a diverse team, including Regional Manager, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators
- Engaging with state and national regulatory bodies
- Collaborating closely with the executive team and finance department
- Partnering with business development managers to explore new opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as local government and education departments.
- Collaborate seamlessly with State General Manager and fellow Regional Directors to maintain compliance excellence statewide
- Work in tandem with Compliance Subject Matter Experts nationally, guided by the General Manager of Quality Service Development
