Leading global manufacturing business with a presence in over 60+ countries and a legacy of innovation and sustainability. Seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to lead a small team to cover for a Mat leave starting in May.About the Role
In this 9 month fixed term contract you will report into the CEO and be part of the leadership team for Australia. This role is responsible for providing effective strategic and operational HR programs that are aligned to the business strategy.There is a good mix of business as usual and projects to get involved in and you will be supporting leaders across your client group to further develop their people management skills.

- Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Learning and Development
- Compensation and Benefits
You will have previous relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast paced environment as well as experience managing a small team. Ideally you will have the ability to work with a diverse stakeholders whilst working on multiple different projects.You will have a relevant HR or Business related degree as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment as well as part of a global company is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations is essential for this role.Note as you will be part of a global HR team there are a few regular evening calls that you will be required to participate in.About Applying
