This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Office of the Executive Director, Business and Corporate Services including organising meetings and ensuring timely responses to all correspondence.
- Coordinate, manage and prioritise correspondence, reports, submissions and email messages.
- Attend internal meetings and perform secretariat duties, including taking and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Ensure quality assurance of all material presented to the Executive Director.
- Develop and maintain the Executive Director's confidential filing systems.
- Arrange travel for Business and Corporate Services team.
- Undertake other activities as requested by the Office of the Executive Director, Business and Corporate Services.
- Provide administration support to the Office on an as needs basis.
- Ability to confidently liaise with staff at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support especially in tracking correspondence.
- Proficiency in relevant software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
