Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Explore new markets and opportunities for diversification.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Be technically competent to meet specifications, standards and quality outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
- Lead the business across NSW (predominately Orange, NSW) and contribute and execute strategy.
