OCTEC is seeking a talented Manager to lead our DES teams in the Macarthur Employment Service Area, which has sites at Campbelltown, Camden, Ingleburn, Minto and Narellan.
The successful applicant will thrive on the challenge of leading teams working from multiple sites (including remote locations) to motivate job seekers and educate employers in the benefits of employing people with disability. You will oversee the delivery of case management, reverse marketing and post placement support to both job seekers and employers. Employer relationship management is a critical part of the role.
You will need very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and extensive knowledge of local labour markets. Candidates with backgrounds in jobactive, DES, Sales, Recruitment or like industries are encouraged to apply.
