Role:
The role of Regional Manager is a key position within the leadership team. It will focus on ensuring the programs meet expected standards ensuring critical incidents are managed in line with relevant guidelines. The role will be responsible for ensuring employee engagement is at the highest level to support a highly engaged and productive workforce. There will be a requirement to hire staff when needed and provide supervision. It is a really interesting role and will require someone with a good attitude and someone who is very flexible.
Selection Criteria:
In order to be selected for this role you will require:
• Degree in Social Work or other relevant tertiary education
• Senior management experience within the community services sector
• High Level Interpersonal, conflict resolution, assessment and problem solving
skills
• Understanding of working with children and young people within OOHC,
specifically within the residential care setting.
• High-level relationship management across not for profit, government and
private sector.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Current NSW Driver’s License
